I begin by listening.
Everyone comes to yoga with different needs, experiences and hopes. I listen to what matters to you and work with you towards progress that makes a meaningful difference in your life.
Seva is at the heart of Anthr.yami. Teaching is a way for me to share what I practise and help others discover their own relationship with yoga.
A traditional approach. Strength built over time.
My teaching is rooted in a traditional approach to yoga, with a strong emphasis on developing strength. I believe strength-based practice helps people progress—from doing everyday activities with greater ease to exploring more advanced asanas.
Classes may bring together coordination, joint mobility, muscle strengthening and, where appropriate, plyometric movements. Alongside physical practice, I introduce nervous reset, breath awareness and relaxation.
My practice can be challenging. I use variations, props and gradual progression to help you find a suitable level of effort, with attention to safe practice and your individual needs. The aim is to build steadily over time, without pushing you beyond what is appropriate for you.

A practice that keeps growing.
Over the years, my practice has continued to change, deepen and grow. I keep learning, refining how I practise and bringing that experience into my teaching. I wholeheartedly welcome you to join me in this practice—to learn, explore and grow together.
Looking inwards. Reaching out.
For me, yoga is more than what happens on the mat. It is learning to understand yourself and bringing that awareness into everyday life. Through classes, community practice and outreach, I hope to make that learning something we can share.
