Registration and enquiries
The free community registration form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, email and interests. The separate class enquiry form also asks for your city or area, preferred class format and best contact time. Responses are stored in Google Forms and can be read by the form owner and editors, including the Soul Club account. Lasya uses these details to reply to you and coordinate classes or volunteering. Submitting the form does not reserve a class place.
The class guide and message previews
Answers entered in the website class guide or message preview stay in the current page until you choose to send them. Opening a Google Form does not automatically send those answers. Email drafts must be sent from your email app. The guide remembers during your browser session that it has been opened.
WhatsApp groups
Joining a group makes your phone number and messages visible to other group members. Please keep personal health details for a private conversation.
Questions
The question form asks for your email and question, with an optional name. Questions are saved in Google Forms, and the Soul Club account receives email alerts. Lasya can read your question and reply by email. Questions are not published on the website.
Children and health details
A parent or guardian should make enquiries for children. Please use the initial registration form for contact details and interests; discuss private health information directly with Lasya.
Questions or changes
To ask about your details, correct them or request deletion, email soulclubperth@gmail.com.
