About this class
Who it’s for
For people curious about a dynamic, structured practice and those who enjoy returning to a sequence and developing it over time.
Why this practice
Linking movement and breath asks for strength, control and sustained attention. Repetition gives you space to understand transitions and notice your progress.
How I teach it
We explore the sequence gradually, with attention to technique, breath and variations. Beginners can join to explore; advanced postures are not an entry requirement.
How we approach it
We work gradually with the sequence, exploring technique, transitions and variations. Beginners can start with accessible options while building the strength and control the practice requires. You do not need to perform advanced postures to begin.
